Delivery costs will be additional to our advertised web price. At our discretion we may offer free shipping for volume purchases or as a part of our special offer of the month.

Orders up to $199 will incur a $5 shipping. For orders over $200 we offer free shipping within New Zealand.

We do not ship outside New Zealand.

All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST.

We will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours. If one or more items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you by email.

 

Q: Where do I buy pods?

A: Right here on our website and we deliver to your door. We are the largest coffee pods resellers in NZ and have been supplying Kiwis for the last 11 years. You can also call us on (04) 472 1721. We also have official distributors throughout NZ who can assist you.

We guarantee our quality, freshness and consistency in taste. The coffee is roasted by experts and vacuum packed to retain all the freshness and aroma. We have a very large variety of blends to choose from including decaffeinated and flavoured coffee such as Irish cream and hazelnut.

 

Q: What happens if my coffee machine breaks down?

A: No problem, your machine is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase and if you need assistance outside the guarantee period we have our own technical support in New Zealand.

 

Q: Do you deliver my coffee machine to NZ rural?

A: Yes we do.

 

Q: Is Carina a reliable coffee machine?

A: Yes it is. Carina has been selling very successfully throughout the world and it has been extremely reliable and easy to use.

A: Carina is made 100% in Italy.

 

Q: Do you have any other colours?

A: Sorry we do not at this stage.

 

Q: How long do coffee pods remain fresh?

A: You can expect up to 2 years when still sealed in to their original packaging.

 

Q: Can I froth any type of milk including soy?

A: Yes you can.

 

Q: Do I need to programme anything when I receive Carina?

A: No you don’t. Carina is ready to go as soon as you receive it. Just fill the water tank on the side of the machine, plug it in and after approximately 1 minute you are ready to make your first coffee and steam milk.
